DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE
Packages are generally dispatched within two to five days after receipt of payment.
Packages are dispatched via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. A link will be sent to you after shipment to track your package online.
INSURANCE AND SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs vary according to the number of items ordered and the total weight of the parcel.
Insurance is taken out for each shipment, proportional to the value of the item sent.
LOSS OR BREAKAGE
In the event of loss or breakage by the carrier (clearly damaged parcel), Abracadabox Light cannot be held responsible. It is up to you to refuse the parcel so that I can claim the insurance taken out with the shipment.
If, despite the care taken with the packaging (if the packaging is not damaged), the parts ordered arrive broken, this is my responsibility. Please contact me within 2 days with photos of the breakage.
IN THE CASE OF A PACKAGE WITH CLEARLY DAMAGED EXTERIOR APPARANCE

If you notice at the time of delivery of your parcel to be handed over against signature that the packaging of your parcel is damaged:
You have two options:
Refuse the parcel, which will then be returned directly to the sender.
Receive the parcel and report any damage to the packaging.
You can comment on the condition of the packaging to the deliveryman or counter clerk. If the delivery person has one, this comment can be made on the scanner. If not, you can use a paper form which is also available at the counter. This information is included in the parcel tracking system.
If you notice any damage when you open the parcel, you can lodge a complaint with La Poste's Customer Service.
DELIVERY (OUTSIDE THE EU)
Certain countries (such as Switzerland, the USA and Canada) impose customs charges on parcels, which are payable by the purchaser. Unfortunately, this is unpredictable and may affect you. They are proportional to the value of your purchase.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, with regard to online training subscriptions, you have a statutory 5-day cooling-off period if you change your mind. You will then receive a full refund.
