Silver oval medallion "Starry Sky"

High depth medallion with silver plated frame. The decor consists of a crescent moon and small stars cut out from silver paper. The sky is dotted with multiple small superimposed clouds, painted by hand. The decoration is protected by a succession of resin layers giving it strength, depth and transparency.
